Dr. Brecht serves as editor of the Institute’s newsletter, Marketing Brief, and authors the DMN3 business blog. Dr. Brecht also conducts seminars, webinars and other training sessions on evidenced-based marketing best practices for clients and marketing professionals.
He has spent his 35 year career within the marketing and communications arena working with healthcare, manufacturing and service organizations. Prior to joining DMN3 and the Institute, Bob was Vice President for Research, Planning and Non Linear Internet Marketing (a proprietary process) at Global IMB a marketing company in Houston, Texas. Dr. Brecht has also owned a consulting company that assisted companies with business planning, marketing and operational issues.
Dr. Brecht has won numerous awards for his work in the marketing and communications discipline, including the highest award given by the Health Sciences Communications Association, the Golden Raster Award. He has also been a keynote speaker in numerous venues all over the world.
“Dr. Bob” as we like to refer to him, also works with DMN3 as the Senior Online Marketing Strategist, assisting clients and DMN3 staff with online marketing strategies, such as market and competitor research, website optimization and best practice tools.
