Who had the biggest influence on your career & why?

The biggest influence in my career would probably be my dad and two of my sisters. My dad was a blue-collar worker and worked hard. He was a man of few words, but exemplified great character. My sisters have also been great role models, professionally and personally.

What drove your decision to get into the marketing business?

I started in telemarketing, managing a team of telemarketers who made follow-up calls to leads and prospects from tradeshow and seminar events. My further interest and my knack for attention to detail took me into the marketing business.

What are you most proud of – your finest hour?

I am most proud of being a parent. I have received numerous parent awards and letters that will never exceed any other work accomplishment. I believe the finest hour was yesterday and is today and tomorrow - it's all about possibilities.

Share a great client story.

I believe that doing a great job and keeping the client happy is a great story.

What attracted you to DMN3?

The opportunity to work with a talented team and design campaigns for our clients that make positive contributions to their business. We focus on helping our clients grow and succeed, not on winning awards.

Describe your childhood and include where you grew up.

I grew up in Houston, Texas. I am the second to the youngest of seven children. I have three sisters and three brothers. My dad was a lawn maintenance worker and my mom was a social worker. We were an active family, some played in the school band, some did sports, some danced, some participated in art and drama. We kept our parents quite busy.
