Who had the biggest influence on your career & why?

My Kids! They remind me all the time that if it’s not fun, it’s not worth doing…

What drove your decision to get into the marketing business?

My fascination with human behavior, driven by things that make people feel good – and my desire to help them succeed.

What attracted you to DMN3?

The people, principles and values of the company. It’s rare to find the total package that’s here at DMN3.

What is your method for developing creative solutions for your clients?

First, understanding the client’s objectives & problems, then understanding their customers’ concerns and goals. Next, brainstorming with my team, staying up late, drinking lots of coffee and banging my head against the table…that usually does it.

What driving career goals are you still pursuing?

Having weekends off!

Name at least one talent that you wish you could master?

Riding a unicycle.

What food helps you think creatively?

Pizza (it’s like SUPERFOOD!)

Tell us about your pets.

I have a really great Koi pond in the works. With 4 kids and a demanding career, cats and dogs are out of the question!

Describe your childhood and include where you grew up.

I grew up in south Louisiana with my 4 brothers and sister in a fairly middle class family. I was the “black sheep” of the kids and couldn’t wait to get out of town. I moved to Houston when I was 19 because I was attracted to the “big city” and have basically been here ever since. I love my family back home, and visit them often.
