Who had the biggest influence on your career & why?

My father never allowed me to take any vacation from my studies especially after high school. Through his persistence ("Go to school or pay me rent"), I was able to graduate and work in what I dreamed of doing when I began college.

What are you most proud of – your finest hour?

It would have to be my college graduation. My father could barely stand up from his wheelchair and he gained the strength to stand and give me a thumbs-up when they handed my degree to me.

What was your most embarrassing career moment?

I really don't have a handbook of corrections, but it would have to be when I didn't correct a company name ending in "Ass" to "Assn".

What attracted you to DMN3?

The company's reliability and persistence. I knew I could call DMN3 my second home the first day on the job.

What driving career goals are you still pursuing?

To find out what programs, code, logic can make my work easier. There are endless possibilities and I'll probably never stop looking.

Name at least one talent that you wish you could master?

To take a car engine apart and put it back together, with no 'extra' pieces left over.

If you were marooned on a desert island, what would you miss most?

Probably the comfort of my Cal-King bed.

Fig Newtons.

Tell us about your pets.

I have these two alarm dogs that bark at anyone and everything near. They are Chihuahua toy dogs who will take on anyone, I swear.

Describe your childhood and include where you grew up.

In a town in the Rio Grande Valley, my childhood consisted of rushing home from school to watch TV and play outside with my high school friends (that I still hang around with!).

What is your all-time favorite TV program (on-air or not)?

It's a tie between The Outer Limits and Married with Children.

What is your least favorite TV program?

The Simple Life with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, enough said.

When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

I'm a big-time movie buff who watches action movies, and plays metal guitar.
