Who had the biggest influence on your career & why?

My soccer coach – he taught me through hard work, tenacity, desire and vision you can accomplish anything.

What drove your decision to get into the marketing business?

The ability to work with diverse types of businesses and help them create solutions to increase ROI.

What are you most proud of – your finest hour?

Getting married to my beautiful wife, Mary and the birth of our two daughters Emma and Olivia.

Share a great client story.

One of our clients, a nonprofit organization, raises a portion of their funds through a car donation program. When the government changed the tax law, it was a challenge to keep the program attractive to donors. Through ongoing adjustments to the media, and careful budget management, we were able to maintain revenues, and increase bottom line profits in most markets.

What is your method for developing creative solutions for your clients?

Get to know your client, their business, the competition, marketing history, and their financial benchmarks; also ask these three questions: What's unique about your business? What do you offer? How do you set yourself apart?

In your opinion, what makes a great brand?

One that dominates top of mind, provides impeccable service, and creates loyal customers.

What driving career goals are you still pursuing?

Once I achieve a goal, I always set another. I am always pursuing new and exciting challenges.

Name at least one talent that you wish you could master?

My wife says I need to be more mechanical, but she has the all the tools.

Describe your childhood and include where you grew up.

Grew up in Dallas Texas with two loving parents, identical twin brother, Craig, and my younger sister Michelle. Weekends were spent traveling around to soccer tournaments. Every summer we would take a two week vacation to La Jolla California with two of our best friend's families. I will always cherish these vacations, and the people we met.
