Who had the biggest influence on your career & why?

My dad and St. Ignatius of Loyola. From my dad I learned to work hard, be punctual and honest every day of my life. From the Jesuits, who educated me from kindergarten to college, I learned to do everything AMGD (Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam – To the Greater Glory of God).

What attracted you to DMN3?

The possibility to make a significant contribution to our clients' success. At DMN3, our marketing efforts are measured daily by the positive response of our clients' customers. We are not focused on industry awards. We design campaigns to sell.

What is your method for developing creative solutions for your clients?

Listen to the client's needs…research their competition…gain knowledge of their market.

In your opinion, what makes a great brand?

Great brands are those that can create/represent the social and cultural values of the consumer.

If you were marooned on a desert island, what would you miss most?

My wife, Marta.

What is your favorite sports team & why?

Brazil National Soccer…they play soccer beautifully!

Describe your childhood & include where you grew up.

I had the best childhood in the world…full of magic and angels! I grew up in San Salvador, El Salvador where we spent weekends in the country with my grandparents. I received the gift of meeting and spending time with wonderful people who encouraged my growth and creativity.

What is your all-time favorite TV program (on air or not)?

Too many of them…Cheers, Sex in the City, Frazier, Seinfeld and The Larry David Show.
