Who had the biggest influence on your career & why?

I'd have to say my dad. He has always been an inspiration to work hard at everything that I do.

What drove your decision to get into the marketing business?

Products are being marketed around us constantly. I find it fascinating.

What are you most proud of – your finest hour?

When I was at Baylor, I was in charge of leading my sorority in the largest off-Broadway production in the United States. The production, Baylor University SING, is actually a competition between many student organizations. It took a year of planning, learning, blood, sweat and tears. But knowing that I successfully managed over 200 peers, handled an extremely large budget for a college student, and still did well in the competition was extremely satisfying.

What attracted you to DMN3?

The opportunity to be surrounded by such experienced people in the marketing business was extremely inviting.

What driving career goals are you still pursuing?

I want to learn as much as possible. I want to absorb absolutely everything I can. And continue to do that throughout my entire career.

Name at least one talent that you wish you could master?

I speak Spanish, but I would love to be able to speak a few more languages, such as French or Russian. That or mind-reading.

If you were marooned on a desert island, what would you miss most?

People! I thrive on being around people. Oh, and of course Starbucks.

What food helps you think creatively?

Cheesecake! Or chocolate? Probably chocolate chip cheesecake.

What is your favorite sports team & why?

I'd have to say the Astros. Good seasons or bad seasons – I'm still loyal.

Name your biggest frustration.

Houston traffic.

Tell us about your pets.

I have a sweet Malti-poo named Emma. She's still a puppy, and arguably the cutest dog in the entire world.

Describe your childhood and include where you grew up.

I grew up in the suburbs of Houston with an amazing family. My best friend is my little sister, and I am so blessed to have such an incredible support system.

What is your all-time favorite TV program? (on-air or not)

Criminal Minds, Bones or Dexter. I love shows that solve crimes! Their suspenseful and thrilling nature never fails to entertain me.

When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

I absolutely love to travel – anytime and anywhere. Trying new and interesting restaurants is also a hobby of mine.
