What are you most proud of – your finest hour?

Once I moved into agency account service, I was always the designated new business development leader. Winning stand-up presentations against other ad agencies was always the best!

What is your method for developing creative solutions for your clients?

Study the competition, put their themes and campaigns up on the wall, find their weaknesses and position the proposed solution carefully and truthfully.

In your opinion, what makes a great brand?

When you've accomplished making the image and the name a household word – even if it's just locally.

What driving career goals are you still pursuing?

Passing the torch to a young and bright team…that are better than the originals!
