Who had the biggest influence on your career & why?

My husband – he gave me the confidence to know that I could achieve my goals if I just went out there, took it and owned it as mine.

What are you most proud of – your finest hour?

Coming to America on my own – without anyone or anything. I learned a lot about life that first year.

What attracted you to DMN3?

I liked the idea of owning a project from start to finish – working on all sides – from creating the idea to the finished product and getting the message to the final place. It's very satisfying. Also, Pam Lockard is a very strong woman and has done well in a man's business world and I really admire that.

What is your method for developing creative solutions for your clients?

Brainstorming with fellow employees.

What driving career goals are you still pursuing?

To help DMN3 achieve a position of leadership in the industry.

Name at least one talent that you wish you could master?

I think I need to master the Spanish language, as my last name is now Gutierrez!

If you were marooned on a desert island, what would you miss most?

Of course, I would have to say my family – without a doubt – but PLEASE let there be a coffee machine on the island.

Tell us about your pets.

I have a Hanoverian horse that I'm beginning to show again. I also have an older Australian Shepherd that's been with me much of my life in America. I added another Australian Shepherd puppy less than a year ago because I had forgotten what a pain they are when they are young.

Describe your childhood & include where you grew up.

I grew up in Bath England. I remember always having fun vacations…on canal boats, working the locks and stopping off at all the pubs along the way.

What is your least favorite TV program?

Barney! You can imagine that with two small kids, I have banned Barney from our home.
